Rates for Lodging and Meeting::
The Lodge:
Overnight Use: (Check-in at 3pm and check-out at 12-noon.) • Weekend and Holiday Rate: $20 per person per night -- Friday and Saturday nights -- minimum $350/night • Weeknight Rate (excluding Holidays): $16 per person per night -- Sunday through Thursday nights -- minimum $275/night
Although, many groups prefer to bring their own linens/bedding to save money, we offer a linen package for $30 per room
which provides bedding for 2 queen beds and 4 towels. Please request
this in advance so that we have it prepared for you when you arrive.
Day Use (up to 7 hours): • $5/person per day -- minimum $60 ($30/hour for every hour more than 7 hours) • Kitchen Use Fee: $75 ($30 if not using range and dishwasher)
Tents (not provided): $10/night in conjunction with Lodge use (or call for individual consideration)
The Cabins: (Check-in at 3pm and check-out at 12-noon.) $55/night for first 2 nights, $45/night for consecutive nights (for up to 6 people)
Day Use: Sometimes people will ask if they can use a cabin for a day-time retreat and want to know how much we would charge for this convenience. We've determined that $30 will cover our costs of electricity, cleaning, and re-setting the cabin. Please feel free to take advantage of this and enjoy the walking trails while you're here.
RV: $18/night
for 2 people; $5/night for each additional person. Includes water,
50-amp power, sewer hook-up. Call for rates for long-term stay.
Meeting Barn & Fire Pit: $30 per day, includes firewood for fire pit.

Options and Policies:
1*.
We prefer that you provide your own food service. You are then
responsible for all food purchased, preparation, service, and clean
up. The person overseeing your food service needs to have a current
Oregon "Food Handlers Permit." We will arrange to meet with your cook
to acquaint them with the kitchen equipment and procedures. Be
aware of the safety issues and concerns present in a commercial
kitchen. Be aware of your responsibility to maintain the kitchen as a
clean and safe environment.
2*. If arranged in advance, Kerith
can provide food service for guests, served cafeteria style. Kerith
will purchase, serve, and clean up for your retreat at a cost of $____
per person per meal (minimum 16 people). We will contact you at least
two weeks prior to your retreat to discuss menu variation or guest
preferences. We will need a final count at least 5 days in advance of
your reservation. Meal times and number of meals served can be
adjusted according to your schedule. We reserve the right to negotiate
a different price should you ask for food service different from our
normal options.
3. Cancellations: Please contact us if you decide not to come. All deposits are non-refundable.
4. Please, no pets on the property. If you have pets with you and are traveling in an RV, arrangements can be made.
5.
Clean Up: There are clean up instructions posted inside the Lodge and
the Cabins which include cleaning dishes, collecting trash, sweeping
the floors, and returning furnishings moved as a result of your visit.
If you prefer to not take the time to clean up, please contact us and
we will arrange to have it cleaned for you at an additional fee. ($60
for the Lodge; $20 for a cabin)
6. Final payment is DUE upon arrival.
7.
Arrangements can be made if you would prefer to arrive earlier or stay
later than the check-in and check-out times, providing it does not
conflict with another group/guest. The Day Use rate may be charged for adjustments of more than 2 hours.
8. Miscellaneous Policies:
- Please honor those who have given of their time and resources to build and furnish the Lodge and grounds by being a careful and respectful steward of their generous gifts.
- Please do not prop the exterior doors open at any time (excluding transferring luggage and supplies into and out of the Lodge at arrival and departure).
- Please do not move any of the larger furniture. If you must move the furnishings, please pick it up--do not slide it--so that it does not scratch the finish on the floor.
- Please review operating and cleaning procedures for ALL the equipment before initial use.
- Please do not use tacks or nails to hang anything on the walls or paneling. Painter's tape is recommended if you must hang any items.
- Please remove your shoes before walking on the carpeting.
